An order and judgment was filed in this case on 7/23/24, following the Supreme Court’s June 14, 2024 opinion reversing our August 15, 2022 judgment, and remanding for further proceedings. The 7/23/24 OJ reinstates the court’s October 5, 2021 opinion as it pertains to the application and unconstitutionality of the Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act of 2017 (“2017 Act”), but vacates the part of that opinion directing the bankruptcy court to issue refunds to Debtors who overpaid their quarterly fees as the result of the 2017 Act.
